Position: Consulting Engineering Senior Estimator Role

Take on a Senior Estimator role in a progressive consulting engineering firm, where your innovative ideas will help shape project outcomes. Focus on direct and indirect cost estimation in a supportive, collaborative environment.

In this regular position, you will work alongside a team of professionals to track project costs and enhance estimation practices. Ideally suited for candidates with 8 to 15 years of experience in project estimation, especially in heavy industries, your responsibilities will include mentoring junior estimators and developing pricing strategies tailored to project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate labor rates and productivity factors

• Develop pricing for raw materials and update estimations

• Lead client presentations and defend project estimates

• Participate in continuous improvement of estimation tools

• Assess changes made by clients during projects

Requirements:

• College diploma or university degree required

• 8 to 15 years in engineering project estimation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong English and French language abilities

• Experience with AACEI and international estimation is a plus
