Technical leadership in turbine-generator units and electrical systems is key, alongside mentoring and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope and deliverables with teams

• Lead complex rehabilitation projects across disciplines

• Provide expertise in turbine-generator units and electrical systems

• Mentor discipline leads for quality assurance

• Coordinate cross-disciplinary activities effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 12+ years of hydropower experience

• Proven leadership in multidisciplinary projects

• Experience with hydroelectric generation systems

• Bilingual in English and French for client collaboration
