Manufacturing Industrial Engineer Position

Location: Quebec

Take the lead as an Industrial Engineer in manufacturing, optimizing processes and enhancing equipment reliability. Focus on maintenance management and support continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires an Industrial Engineer with 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience. You will be instrumental in planning new equipment installations, designing facility layouts, and managing tooling systems for enhanced operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safe and organized workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime

• Lead efforts for new machinery planning and implementation

• Evaluate and optimize production layouts and processes

• Ensure proper tooling access and management

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical)

• 5 to 10 years manufacturing experience

• Familiarity with CAD software and maintenance methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Experience managing multiple projects efficiently
