Lead high-stakes energy projects at Hitachi Energy as a Construction Site Manager based in Saint-Laurent, Quebec. Ensure seamless project execution from site preparation to commissioning.

This hybrid, full-time role is for an experienced manager capable of navigating complex project environments. You will coordinate essential site activities and engage closely with clients and stakeholders to guarantee safe, on-time, and budget-compliant project delivery. Your strong civil engineering background will be critical to managing subcontractors and internal teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site mobilization and daily construction operations

• Maintain clarity on Scope of Work for all site staff

• Manage change orders and subcontractor follow-ups

• Orchestrate testing and acceptance per contractual needs

• Enforce stringent Health, Safety, and Environmental practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of relevant site management experience

• Proven track record with civil works and installations

• Strong knowledge of contractual terms and cost management

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
