Join a leading MEMS foundry in Bromont, Quebec as an Etch Process Engineer. This full-time position focuses on plasma etching, microelectronics, and cleanroom fabrication while requiring French fluency.
You will be developing, optimizing, and sustaining DRIE and plasma stripping processes. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues and providing hands-on support to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Collaboration with R&D, Production, and Quality teams is essential to adapt processes and support new product introductions effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize DRIE and plasma stripping processes
• Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Quality teams
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Train team members on best practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or applied physics
• Background in MEMS, micro/nanofabrication, and clean rooms
• Fluent in French
• Experience in photolithography and etching processes
