The Electrical Assessor II position at FOS involves conducting thorough assessments of electrical systems in facilities ranging from healthcare to commercial buildings. You will engage with clients, assess the condition of systems like emergency power and fire alarms, and recommend strategic improvements. Your insights will be vital for project execution and cost planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough facility assessments of electrical systems

• Work with multidisciplinary teams on-site

• Report on asset conditions and recommend actions

• Gather information from building staff for assessments

• Participate in post-project reviews and documentation

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of facility assessments

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technology

• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time

• Excellent communication skills for project management
