As an Expert Marine Mechanical System Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of managing mechanical systems and auxiliary operations. Your expertise will enhance vessel functionality and client satisfaction.
This role necessitates a Chief Engineer certificate along with 10-15 years’ experience in the marine industry. Your responsibilities will include supporting engineering department functions, developing vessel-specific manuals, and effectively managing system start-ups. You will also present systems for client testing, ensuring recognition of project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support engineering with technical documentation
• Develop and finalize operating manuals for vessels
• Safely commission all shipboard mechanical systems
• Lead operational presentations for clients
• Manage multiple activities and team collaborations
Requirements:
• Chief Engineer certification required
• 10-15 years of practical experience in nautical systems
• Familiarity with safe machinery startups
