As the Lead HSSEQ Advisor, your influence will shape safety culture and effective delivery across various projects. You bring 8–10 years of industry experience and strong leadership capabilities to the table, enabling you to coach and develop HSSEQ Advisors effectively.
Your role also involves overseeing compliant project delivery and promoting proactive safety strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop HSSEQ Advisors for optimal performance
• Ensure effective HSSEQ project support and compliance
• Identify risks and implement proactive improvement measures
• Partner with teams to embed safety in project delivery
• Conduct root cause analysis for incident investigations
Requirements:
• 8–10 years of project safety experience
• Expertise in Canadian OH&S legislation and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English
• Postsecondary education in Health & Safety field
