Join Davie as a Lead Procurement Specialist, bridging Engineering and Procurement to drive efficiency and success. This role focuses on aligning design needs with sourcing strategies while optimizing costs and ensuring timely project execution.

As a key liaison within Davie's marine engineering industry, you will work collaboratively with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams. With a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a strong technical background in ship design, you'll translate specifications into actionable sourcing requirements. Your expertise will help shape procurement decisions and support project timelines through effective supplier selection and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with Engineering, Procurement, and Supply Chain

• Convert technical specs into sourcing requirements

• Ensure compliance with CMS and safety regulations

• Support RFQ/RFP processes and evaluate proposals

• Collaborate on engineering changes and procurement readiness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Naval Architecture

• Minimum five years in marine engineering

• PMP certification is a plus

• Familiarity with classification societies regulations

• Proficient in French and English
