As a Senior Design Supervisor, you will helm the Contract Engineering Design team, prioritizing engineering tasks and mentoring designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Mechanical Design team daily activities

• Assign and prioritize engineering workloads effectively

• Review and approve production drawings prior to release

• Verify dimensional accuracy and fabrication details

• Maintain engineering CAD standards utilizing Autodesk Inventor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5–8 years of mechanical design experience

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor or similar CAD software

• Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
