Position: Manufacturing Engineer Role with SpaceX
Location: Quebec City

SpaceX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for its Machine Shop to refine inspection methodologies and drive production efficiency in aerospace hardware. Use your skills to support future space missions.

In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to streamline inspection processes and ensure product quality. Your focus on optimizing equipment utilization and reducing cycle times will be critical for advancing inspection reliability and overall manufacturing throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement effective inspection methods

• Increase throughput via automation opportunities

• Collaborate closely with design and quality teams

• Enhance engineering drawings for better outcomes

• Oversee inspection processes for production vehicles

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics

• 1+ years in manufacturing, quality, or machine shop

• Proficiency in advanced metrology and GD&T

• Experience with CNC and machining equipment

• Strong problem-solving skills in manufacturing context
