Location: Lévis
Contribute to the Canadian Coast Guard's future fleets as a Junior Engineering Specialist age in design and integration tasks in a hybrid work setting.
In this essential role at Davie, you will assist in the design, development, and compliance of engineering projects. Support senior engineers and the Engineering Department in executing vital tasks that align with safety regulations and project requirements. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those with limited experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support engineering drawings and specification reviews
• Assist in the design and testing of engineering solutions
• Collaborate with senior engineers for effective project execution
• Monitor compliance with CMS and safety standards
• Work with stakeholders to achieve project goals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
• 0-2 years of experience in marine-related roles
• Familiarity with marine industry regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in both English and French with Microsoft Office
