As an Electronic Engineering Technician, your role involves managing engineering projects with a focus on value engineering initiatives. You will work closely with operations, R&D, and service teams to optimize product design and lifecycle, ensuring safety and quality. This position requires strong analytical skills and meticulous execution to deliver sustainable solutions for the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering changes related to quality and cost improvements

• Optimize products through Value-Added Engineering initiatives

• Participate in root cause analyses for targeted solutions

• Create and modify production and engineering documents

• Serve as a liaison for assigned engineering changes

Requirements:

• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Strong customer-focused and service-oriented mindset

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency with JIRA and knowledge of SAP is a plus
