This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and mentoring the next generation of Engineers without stepping away from hands-on engineering.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Lead the electrical engineering design and technical execution of industrial projects from concept through commissioning.
  • Prepare, review and approve electrical engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with client requirements, applicable codes, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Engineers and designers, supporting their technical development and day-to-day project execution.
  • Partner with the Discipline Lead - ICE to promote engineering excellence, consistency, and continuous improvement across the team.
  • Participate in design reviews, technical troubleshooting, QA/QC activities, and engineering standards development.
  • Support project execution through technical input on scope definition, scheduling, and detailed engineering.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical support during construction, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • Assist with project estimating and technical proposal development.
  • Champion the adoption of new technologies, engineering tools, and industry best practices.
YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility for registration is considered a strong asset.
  • 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience within consulting engineering, EPC/EPCM, industrial automation, or related industrial environments.
  • Experience delivering industrial electrical engineering projects from design through commissioning.
  • Experience mentoring junior Engineers or providing technical leadership within project teams.
