Alcoa, situé à Centre‑du‑Québec, recherche un ingénieur de maintenance expérimenté pour soutenir l’amélioration durable de la performance des équipements et la sécurité sur le site. Vous analyserez les bris récurrents, dirigerez des actions de fiabilité et soutiendrez les arrêts majeurs.
Vous détenez un baccalauréat en génie et au moins 5 ans d’expérience en milieu industriel lourd, avec l’adhésion à l’OIQ. Leadership, esprit d’équipe et sens de l’organisation seront essentiels pour ce rôle.
