Bridges and Structures Project Manager

Location: Quebec

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a skilled Project Manager for Bridges and Structures to ensure project success and client satisfaction. Interested candidates must have strong civil engineering expertise and at least 10 years of experience.

In this role, you will coordinate bridge and structure projects while supporting your team to achieve technical excellence. You will ensure compliance with service commitments and participate in service proposals, defining innovative design plans and technical solutions for our clients. Strong communication skills in French are required to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate bridge and structure projects from initiation to completion

• Ensure client satisfaction by adhering to service commitments

• Define technical solutions and draft comprehensive specifications

• Supervise engineers and technicians on project tasks

• Collaborate with other disciplines to foster innovative solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec

• Minimum 10 years of relevant project management experience

• Proficient in French, both oral and written

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
