As a Senior Metallurgist at WSP, you will play a critical role in technical innovation and project delivery. This position requires a nuanced understanding of metallurgical processes to fulfill complex client needs. You will be instrumental in establishing design criteria, developing testing programs, and refining project workflows that ensure success across substantial engineering endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish design criteria and develop mass balances

• Analyze laboratory tests and prepare technical documents

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships for effective communication

• Oversee project execution to meet deadlines

• Mentor technicians and junior metallurgists in the field

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent

• 15+ years in metallurgical consulting or processes

• Member of a professional engineering body

• Excellent communication skills in English and French

• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams
