UCAM is aiming to expand its team with a Planning Engineer in Dobaspete, responsible for aiding engineering projects. Ideal candidates will hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering, with freshers and those having 2-3 years of experience encouraged to apply. This role prioritizes critical planning and vendor management within a cutting-edge manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive monthly production schedules

• Direct assembly and operational coordination

• Maximize operational savings and efficiency

• Monitor vendor delivery performance actively

• Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement systems

Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineering degree is preferred

• 0-3 years’ experience in a related industry

• Proficiency in production and material planning

• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing encouraged
