The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Systems Vibration Specialist to join our Flight Physics team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus aircraft systems design team based in Mirabel.
You will be part of the Systems Vibration team responsible for conducting vibration analyses on aircraft systems, covering both new components and systems already in service. Assist design teams in defining certification requirements for aircraft components and qualification tests.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as a System Vibration Specialist will be to assist existing specialists with current and future projects and to guide junior team members in their professional development, while contributing your experience and perspective to address current challenges.

- Vibration analysis of systems;
- Finite element modeling of frequency responses;
- Processing of test data (FFT, PSD);
- Definition of requirements, planning, and procedures for vibration testing;
- Documenting vibration expertise and providing support to suppliers and internal teams.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset;
- You have more than ten (10) years of experience with vibration analysis in the aerospace industry;
- You have strong knowledge of FEM modeling (Hyper Works & Nastran);
- You are proficient in static and fatigue analysis;
- You are familiar with DO-160 and MIL-STD-810 standards;
- You have knowledge of the Python programming language;
- You enjoy teamwork and have a passion for aeronautics.
