Frima Studio is seeking a dedicated Lead Game Designer with extensive experience to drive creativity within the team. You'll collaborate closely with the Design Director and coach your team, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality standards. A background in mobile game design and proficiency with Unreal Engine are key strengths for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify concepts and technical means for games

• Lead team meetings for project tracking

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards

• Mentor and support your game design team

• Collaborate with external partners for project alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Game Design or related field

• Over 5 years of experience in game design

• Leadership experience essential

• Proficient in Unreal Engine

• Fluent in French and English for effective collaboration
