In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our talented team, responsible for creating tactical and memorable combat experiences. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that asset production is cohesive and aligned with the overall vision. You will also be expected to master our tools, track game rule changes, and be proactive in identifying and solving combat-related issues, always keeping player motivations at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging and tactical combat encounters

• Ensure alignment of assets from multiple departments

• Master game tools and track UX issues for improvement

• Stay updated on combat mechanics and changes

• Advocate for the player’s needs throughout development

Requirements:

• 3+ years of design experience in combat

• Familiarity with Unreal Editor or similar tools

• At least one completed game title

• Strong skills in communication and documentation

• Initiative and great problem-solving capabilities
