As an Actuarial Analyst or Senior Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing the profitability of group savings and pension products while contributing to the business line’s profitable growth strategy.

What You’ll Accomplish With Us- Participate in the development, enhancement, and optimization of actuarial models to support business decision-making.
- Perform experience studies and contribute to the development of actuarial assumptions for group savings and pension products.
- Collaborate in the development of pricing strategies for the Group Insurance, Savings and Retirement Solutions (SAEC) sector, with a focus on profitable growth.
- Contribute to the design and calculation of various compensation programs related to products and business lines.
- Improve analytical processes and tools to generate gains in efficiency, quality, and reliability of results.
- Participate in various strategic initiatives, including preparation of the business line budget and formulation of recommendations aimed at optimizing profitability while ensuring sound risk management.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian pension system.
- Experience in using and developing complex financial projection models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, leveraged to structure, analyze, and communicate information effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science.
- Completion of one or more actuarial exams (SOA or CIA) considered an asset.
- Proficiency in both French and English, required for weekly written communication with French-speaking and English-only teams.
