Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze discrepancies in benefits programs and assess risks
• Provide recommendations to facilitate decision-making
• Create scenarios for program harmonization
• Collaborate on integration rollout strategies
• Document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in employee benefits expertise
• Advanced analytical and Excel skills required
• Ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders effectively
• Strong judgment in strategic project management
• Relevant college degree
