In this on-site role, you will focus on improving member and client interactions. Your expertise will help ensure that clients feel valued and informed about financial services and products. Additionally, you’ll identify business opportunities and assist in promoting Desjardins’ cooperative values through your customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients on technological tools for independent transactions

• Foster business relationships through exceptional service

• Address and refer clients experiencing fraud or irregularities

• Stay updated on industry standards and product offerings

• Maintain compliance with security and risk management rules

Requirements:

• High school diploma in a related field

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in French required

• Knowledge of Desjardins products and services

• Understanding of financial services cooperative principles
