Customer Experience Associate Banking

Customer experience and financial transaction skills come together at TD Canada Trust in L'Assomption, Quebec, through an onsite, part-time opportunity.

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following operating procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics. The work supports Personal & Commercial Banking.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
• Determine needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete processes accurately
• Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Clear, calm, courteous verbal and written communication
