Position: Territory Manager - Biosimilars, Quebec City
Location: Quebec

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for driving adoption of our biosimilar portfolio and select specialty products across key therapeutic areas with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare stakeholders.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets for the biosimilar portfolio and select specialty products within assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory business plans that align with national and regional strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, nurse practitioners, hospital pharmacists, and formulary committees.
  • Deliver high-quality scientific and value-based presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting clinical efficacy, safety, and cost-effectiveness of biosimilars.
  • Partner with market access, medical, and patient support teams to ensure seamless integration of reimbursement pathways and PSP services.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide timely feedback on biosimilar adoption trends, policy changes, and customer insights.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
Additional Responsibility (Only Applicable To Customer Facing Roles)

Report any adverse event received from customers for company products to the pharmacovigilance department / Drug Safety on the same day or within 1 business day.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field (B.Sc. Nursing or Pharmacy preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with preference for biologics/biosimilars, specialty medicines, or hospital-based products.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical environment, including provincial formularies, CADTH/INESSS recommendations, and biosimilar transition policies.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build KOL relationships and influence adoption in complex therapeutic areas.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva), virtual engagement platforms, and digital selling tools.
  • Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills with the established ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross functionally.
  • Understanding of pull through strategies in all pertinent setting including specialty pharmacies, private and hospital settings.
  • Passionate about patient care and highly customer-centric.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead with influence.
  • Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to effectively analyze data to determine trends.
Working conditions

Extensive travel including weekends and extended travel when required.

Possess a valid driver’s license.

Ce poste a pour responsabilité de promouvoir l’adoption de notre portefeuille de biosimilaires ainsi que de certains produits de spécialités dans des domaines thérapeutiques clés auprès des médecins, pharmaciens et autres intervenants du secteur de la santé.

Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) développera des relations solides avec les clients, exécutera les plans d’affaires du territoire et collaborera de manière interfonctionnelle afin d’optimiser l’accès des patients notamment par le biais des formulaires provinciaux et des programmes de soutien aux patients.

Fonctions et responsabilités
  • Atteindre les objectifs des ventes liés au portefeuille des biosimilaires et à certains produits de spécialités dans le territoire assigné.
  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans d’affaires territoriaux complets, alignés sur la stratégie nationale et régionale.
  • Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les médecins de soins primaires, les spécialistes, les infirmiers praticiens, les pharmaciens hospitaliers et les comités des formulaires.
  • Présenter des exposés scientifiques axés sur la valeur de haute qualité aux professionnels de la santé, mettant en évidence l’efficacité clinique, la sécurité et le rapport coût-efficacité des biosimilaires.
