• Provide administrative and patient counseling support to physician offices for drug reimbursement processes
• Liaise with patients, insurers, and physicians regarding necessary documentation for reimbursement coverage
• Manage patient cases and follow up with insurers to expedite coverage decisions
• Enter updates related to reimbursement submissions and confirmations into the patient database
• Assist with client escalations and perform data-entry and general administrative functions

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a healthcare, clinical, or administrative setting
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)
• Organized with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Previous experience with Patient Support Programs (PSPs) is highly preferred
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset
• Thorough knowledge of adult learning principles and training
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• High level of motivation to achieve necessary involvement within a team
