Accueillir et diriger les patients dans la clinique. Assurer un suivi du patient avec bienveillance dans son cheminement à la clinique. Initier un choix de monture en soutien aux opticiennes. Procéder à la prise du paiement. Voir au bon fonctionnement de l'expérience client global avec une attitude aidante et souriante.
Exigences du poste- Capacité de reproduire des tâches de façon régulière et conforme à la demande des optométristes et opticiennes.
- Travail d'équipe irréprochable.
- Procéder aux pré tests avec efficacité
- Aisance en informatique
- Avoir un intérêt pour la mode et les tendances
