Responsibilities / QualificationsWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce RCA (Revenue Cloud Admin) / Sales Cloud Administrator to support our rapidly evolving go‑to‑market systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce administration, strong knowledge of Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Products, Price books), and excellent communication skills.
You will partner with Sales, Rev Ops, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure our quoting, contracting, and revenue processes run smoothly, accurately, and scalably.
This role requires someone who excels at change management, cross‑functional collaboration, and translating business needs into reliable, compliant Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration- Own day‑to‑day Salesforce administration for Sales Cloud + Revenue Cloud
- Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, flows, validation rules
- Monitor and resolve system issues, break/fix items, and automation errors
- Maintain data integrity through audits, cleanups, and governance processes
- Support quoting workflows, quote templates, product catalog updates, and pricing logic
- Maintain price books, discount rules, bundles, and revenue schedules
- Assist with CPQ configuration, validations, approvals, and contract generation
- Partner with Billing/Finance on downstream integration issues
- Act as the primary liaison between internal Stakeholders and Salesforce platform
- Provide guidance on process improvements, system usage, and best practices
- Collaborate with Ops, Finance, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Support rollout of new features, enhancements, and training initiatives
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions that support KPIs and strategic goals.
- Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 F&O, Service Now).
- Implement and maintain automation tools, flows, and third‑party applications to enhance functionality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating AI‑enabled features and data governance best practices.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience (Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or CPQ)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model:
Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opps, Quotes, Contracts, Orders, Products, Price books - Hands‑on experience with Flows, validation rules, record types, profiles, permission sets
- Strong communication skills — able to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience with change management, UAT, and release governance
- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM‑201)
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Hubspot, D365, Task Ray, or other billing/finance systems

The starting salary is anticipated between $89,000 and $120,000 to start and will be commensurate with experience.
