• Manage, optimize, and support Oracle, MS SQL (Windows), MySQL, and Postgre
  
  SQL databases on different platforms.
• Implement Data Guard, compression, partitioning, Golden Gate, RAC, ASM, TDE, and rapid deployments.
• Collaborate on solutions, integrating Oracle OCI cloud capabilities.
• Provide on-call support for database availability and stability.
• Apply ITIL principles for efficient incident and change management.
• Develop scripts (bash, Python) for operational efficiency.
• Perform data modeling, integration, mapping, and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot complex issues with analytical precision.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Utilize Oracle Web Logic, OAS OBIP, Oracle Cloud Control, and Zabbix for integrated solutions.
• Enhance database system capabilities based on experience.
• Deliver customer-centric interactions and solutions.
• Demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and autonomous teamwork.
• Adapt to evolving priorities and manage emergencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in database design and administration – Oracle, MS SQL (Windows), MySQL, and Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Expertise in Data Guard, compression, Golden Gate, ASM, TDE, and related technologies.
• Expertise in Oracle appliances (Exadata, ODA) and Oracle OCI cloud systems.
• Experience in on-call support with a commitment to availability and reliability.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (bash, Python) for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (working with industries in Canada, the U.S., and abroad).
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Adaptability to changing project needs.
