Position Overview
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and lead our global Acquisition Marketing strategy for the Construction vertical within Autodesk’s Emerging Business portfolio. This role partners closely with regional growth marketers across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, as well as global Business Development teams, to drive a unified acquisition approach, ensure strong SLA alignment and execution, and deliver consistent pipeline creation and measurable revenue impact for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong global mindset, thrives in distributed team environments, and can balance strategic leadership with hands‑on execution across regions and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Global Function Leadership
Lead afunction and work with a geographically distributed Acquisition Marketing team
, including direct reports in AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability across time zones and business contexts
Global Acquisition Strategy & Integrated Campaigns
Build and execute global multi‑channel acquisition programs (email, paid media, webinars, events) ensuring consistency while empowering regional adaptability
Create frameworks and guidelines that enable local teams to execute high-impact regional campaigns aligned with the global strategy.
Webinar & Digital Event Programs
Oversee a unified global webinar and industry event strategy, including promotion, attendance growth, and post-event conversion workflows across all regions.
Paid Media Oversight
Partner with internal teams and global agency partners to optimize paid media performance in AMER, EMEA, and APAC, driving efficiency and continual improvement.
Global Sales Alignment
Collaborate with regional Sales, BDR/SDR teams, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth lead handoff, conversion optimization, and consistent feedback loops across regions.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Establish global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track regional performance, compare insights, and optimize worldwide acquisition efforts.
Cross-functional & Stakeholder Management
Partner with global Sales, Product, Analytics, and regional marketing teams to align priorities, share learnings, and ensure unified execution across markets.

Minimum Qualifications
8+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or acquisition marketing, including experience managing global or distributed functions
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
Master’s degree preferred or equivalent years of industry experience
Related work experience with the global buyer journey, sales funnels, and regional nuances in acquisition marketing
Experience leading multi-region webinar, paid media, and email programs
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and managing global marketing automation and CRM workflows
Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to assess regional performance, surface insights, and drive globally optimized strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction technology or global B2B SaaS
Proven success managing lean, high-performing teams across regions
Understanding of AMER, EMEA, and APAC market dynamics, compliance, and channel differences
Experience collaborating with global Sales and regional marketing teams at scale
