MNP is looking for an IT Support Technician to strengthen its technology support services across Canada. Provide essential support and help team members maximize their technology tools.
In this bilingual role, you will assist team members with their technology needs both in person and remotely. Your responsibilities include configuring key applications, managing IT requests, and contributing to evolving IT support processes. Collaborate with a diverse technology team and offer training to empower users. This vital position fosters efficient operations while embracing innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support team members in utilizing technology tools
• Configure and support tax and accounting applications
• Provide maintenance for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Manage IT requests via Service Now
• Contribute to IT policies and guidelines
Requirements:
• Experience in IT support or customer service
• Proficient with Windows operating systems
• Ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of IT asset management beneficial
