As a Senior Project Manager, you'll leverage over eight years of IT project management experience to lead transformative programs for North American banks and credit unions. You'll own project delivery, managing schedules, budgets, and quality while collaborating directly with clients to ensure successful outcomes. Your expertise in CRM solutions and financial services will play a vital role in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full project delivery from kickoff to go-live

• Lead client governance and executive stakeholder conversations

• Build and maintain comprehensive project plans

• Run proactive risk assessments and mitigation strategies

• Oversee invoicing reports for accurate client billing

Requirements:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience

• Proven CRM project management skills

• Direct experience with financial services clients
