At Beneva, the Scrum Master plays a critical role within the IT Property and Corporate Services sector. With at least 5 years of IT experience and a minimum of 3 years in team management, you will help teams understand self-organization and track their Agile journey. Your expertise in Scrum frameworks will contribute to enhancing collaboration and resolving conflicts across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide teams in applying Agile self-organization principles

• Validate team members' role understanding continuously

• Facilitate team workshops and address obstacles

• Support Product Owners and architecture leads effectively

• Enhance Agile practices organization-wide

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in management informatics or equivalent

• 5+ years IT experience, 3+ years as Scrum Master

• Proficient in Agile delivery modes including Scrum

• Strong knowledge in insurance sector operations

• Advanced French and functional English skills
