Lead IT operations at Lacroix Private Medicine in Quebec City or Montreal. Your expertise in technology leadership will drive improvements in patient experience through effective IT strategies.
As an IT Team Lead, you'll report directly to the IT Director and be responsible for optimizing and structuring all technological operations. With over 7 years of IT experience and at least 3 years in team management, you will mobilize your team to ensure outstanding performance across various clinics.
Your role will directly impact the healthcare delivery across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, and security operations
• Mentor and develop your technical teams for peak performance
• Manage incidents with efficiency and composure
• Monitor KPIs and optimize processes continuously
• Strengthen cybersecurity and develop business continuity plans
Requirements:
• 7+ years of IT experience
• 3+ years in team management
• Strong background in multi-site environments
• Relevant certifications: ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
• University degree in IT or related field
