IT Team Lead

Lacroix Private Medicine  is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking an  IT Team Lead  to manage its technology operations across the network.

This is a  full-time, permanent  position with a key strategic and operational role.

Based in  Quebec City or Montreal . Occasional travel within our network (Montérégie, Laurentians, Outaouais).

The role is primarily based in  Laval , with occasional travel to  Saint‑Sauveur  and Gatineau.

What we are looking for

Job Description

Reporting to the IT Director, you are the  conductor of technological operations .

You don't just manage — you  optimize, structure, and elevate .

Specifically, you will:

Take charge of all IT operations (infrastructure, networks, security, support)

Mobilize, mentor, and develop your technical teams

Ensure optimal and continuous performance of critical systems

Manage major incidents with composure, rigor, and efficiency

Monitor KPIs, SLA and ensure a high level of service quality. Structure and optimize processes (change management, continuous improvement, governance). Optimize IT supplier and cost management. Strengthen cybersecurity and business continuity plans. Actively contribute to strategic IT decisions. Ensure compliance with security and compliance standards. Develop, maintain, and test backup and business continuity plans. Provide technical support to users when required for network or system‑related issues, including remote or on‑site troubleshooting, incident resolution, and advice and training (particularly in...).

The Profile We Are Looking For
Experience

7+ years in IT

3+ years in team or operations management

Experience in a multi‑site environment (essential)

Certifications (an asset): ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Azure

University degree  in computer science, information technology, or a related field

Leadership and Key Skills

A motivating, structuring, and highly effective leader  Results‑oriented

Strong strategic vision of IT operations

Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and make quick, informed decisions

Excellent analytical and risk management skills

Experience managing complex multi‑site environments

Ability to lead and coordinate multiple technical teams

Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational performance

Infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage)

Microsoft ecosystem (AD, M365, Azure)

Conditions

Full‑time (40 hours/week)

On‑site work

Occasional travel (vehicle required)

3‑month probationary period

Availability

On‑call duty (evenings and weekends, depending on operational needs)

Availability required in case of a major incident
