You will drive brand awareness and engagement while owning the digital marketing engine. With experience spanning 3-6 years in related marketing roles, you'll be adept in managing campaigns across digital platforms and optimizing customer lifecycle strategies. Your collaborative work with the Director of E-Commerce ensures impactful campaign execution focused on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize paid digital campaigns across major platforms

• Establish an on-brand organic social presence for Fusion

• Design targeted email and SMS flows for customer retention

• Track and report performance data for continuous improvement

• Utilize AI solutions for efficient marketing operations
Requirements:

• 3-6 years in digital marketing or ecommerce roles

• Proven skills in paid and organic marketing execution

• Understanding of performance metrics and conversion strategies

• Experience with lifecycle and SMS campaigns

• Full professional proficiency in both languages is a plus
