Join Turning Point Brands Canada as an E-Commerce Manager for a versatile role based remotely. Lead both existing operations and the innovative launch of Fusion, a new ready-to-drink protein shot brand.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for managing timelines, ensuring project execution, and collaborating across multiple teams while adapting to market changes. This role will challenge you to balance established processes with the dynamism of a new launch.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the 2026 e-commerce project tracker across B2B and D2C
• Convert strategic roadmaps into clear tasks and ownership
• Monitor execution and unblock dependencies efficiently
• Coordinate day-to-day vendor and partner tasks
• Support operational alignment within the business
Requirements:
• 3 to 6 years in e-commerce, digital operations, or project management
• Proficient with Shopify; multi-site experience is a plus
• Strong vendor coordination experience
• Analytical with reporting skills
• Strong communicator with proactive problem-solving ability
