• Lead AI-enabled agile delivery as Scrum Master within Microsoft AI ecosystem projects
• Facilitate Scrum processes, remove impediments, and coach teams in Agile and SAFe practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to define roadmaps and deliverables
• Coordinate with enterprise delivery teams and Microsoft AI platforms (Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Search / AI Search, Azure OpenAI Services, Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services)
• Drive AI transformation initiatives within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Ensure alignment with enterprise AI solution delivery goals
• Provide guidance on AI-driven delivery methodologies and best practices

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI platforms and enterprise delivery
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Cognitive Search / AI Search, Azure OpenAI Services, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Cloud Services
• Experience in AI-driven Agile Delivery and Scrum / SAFe methodologies
• Strong stakeholder and product collaboration skills
• Experience delivering enterprise AI solutions
• Prior exposure to SAP Hybris / eCommerce platforms is an advantage
