Position: Senior Scrum Master for AI Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

• Partner with Product Owner on AI backlog management

• Remove impediments for cross-workstream dependencies

• Track Agile metrics and provide updates to stakeholders

• Coach team on self-organization and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of Agile-Scrum experience

• Experience in AI or machine learning environments

• Proven ability to lead in rapid experimentation models

• Complete work authorization in Canada

• Agile certifications such as PSM or CSM
