Become a Specialized Wealth Management Technical Support Agent s role focuses on troubleshooting and optimizing IT applications to enhance user experience effectively.
In this position within the Business Solutions Department, you will provide user support for IT applications, ensuring quality decision-making and tailored assistance. Responsibilities include platform administration, basic network management, and overseeing technological systems vital for productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer MIC platform and manage server activities
• Troubleshoot network issues and configure new users
• Oversee user technology equipment and maintenance
• Compile service statistics and produce problem reports
• Propose solutions for IT equipment acquisition and disposal
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum one year of related experience preferred
• Advanced computer tool proficiency
• Proficiency in French is mandatory
• Skill in adapting to situational demands
