Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as lead programmer on complex datasets and TFLs
• Write programming specifications and documentation
• Design standard macros for improved analysis efficiency
• Mentor junior team members and guide their development
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and CDISC standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or Computer Science
• 5+ years of SAS programming experience in CRO environments
• Knowledge of statistical methods and regulatory requirements
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Proficient SAS user with excellent communication skills
