About the Role
Join our team as an AI Readiness Specialist to accelerate enterprise AI adoption by ensuring teams and infrastructure are prepared for the demands of advanced AI initiatives.
In this hands‑on role, you will enable organizational readiness across Cisco’s six critical pillars and drive implementation of Cisco’s modular AI PODs to support secure, scalable, and efficient AI workloads.
Responsibilities- Assess AI readiness using Cisco’s global framework (Strategy, Infrastructure, Data, Governance, Talent, and Culture).
- Deploy, configure, and optimize Cisco AI PODs, enabling rapid onboarding and operational scaling of AI workloads in on‑premises and hybrid environments.
- Work closely with engineering and IT teams to integrate PODs with enterprise infrastructure and workflows for real‑world AI applications.
- Support migration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of AI workloads on PODs.
- Deliver enablement workshops and training to ensure diverse teams are equipped to utilize AI PODs and meet enterprise standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and collaborating across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands‑on technical experience with AI platforms, modular compute or storage environments, or enterprise infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Cisco AI PODs or similar modular AI deployment systems is an asset.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills; able to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI fundamentals, IT governance, and change management within enterprise settings.
- Fluent in English.
- Curiosity, ownership, and passion for building together.

- Balances technical depth with practical, solution‑driven problem solving.
