This role focuses on managing IT service delivery and operational performance in a collaborative environment, reporting directly to a Director. You will utilize your extensive background—minimum 8 years in management and IT—to guide your team while fostering skill development and maintaining high standards across all operational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage human resources for engagement and retention

• Coordinate activities across development and production support

• Ensure compliance with service delivery objectives

• Develop strategies for incident prevention and service optimization

• Participate in budget management and annual objectives setting
Requirements:

• 8+ years of management and IT experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

• Proven track record in IT service management

• Understanding of Agile, Dev Ops, and LEAN

• Excellent stakeholder management skills
