Position: MDA Space Documentation Management Role
Location: quebec

Be a part of MDA Space as a Documentation Management Analyst in Montreal. This role focuses on configuration management and technical documentation across satellite systems projects.
As part of the Satellite Systems team, you will ensure documentation accuracy while facilitating project compliance with contractual configurations. Your focus will be on creating and maintaining critical components like BOMs, ECNs, and supporting project audits. You will also provide training and guidance to peers, driving quality and efficiency within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain configured records in PLM

• Conduct BOM updates and ERP transfers

• Evaluate complex documents for configuration adherence

• Compile and analyze CADM metrics for reporting

• Assist in training users on documentation processes
Requirements:

• CEGEP Diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum 2 years in document management

• Bilingual French and English communication

• Proficient in MS Office and PLM systems

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
