Join as an Adobe CDP Architect, driving Real-Time solutions and unified customer profiling. This role emphasizes collaboration with business and technology for impactful strategy implementation.
The successful candidate should have over 7 years of experience in Martech or Digital Architecture, including 3+ years of practical Adobe Real-Time CDP application. You'll be instrumental in identity resolution, schema design, and will direct customer journey mapping efforts. Excellent communication is key as you'll manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business discovery workshops for customer journeys
• Design and implement Adobe Real-Time CDP solutions
• Develop unified profiles and segmentation strategies
• Define governance and data ingestion frameworks
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years in Customer Data or equivalent
• Experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP for over 3 years
• Expertise in customer experience design
• Strong skills in identity resolution and data modeling
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform
