Lead customer-focused IT operations at MDA Space, overseeing Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams in Quebec. This supervisory role is vital for ensuring high-quality end-user IT service delivery.
In the role of IT Operations Supervisor, you will direct a dedicated IT support team while promoting a strong customer experience. With 7+ years in IT operations and 3+ years in leadership, your expertise will guide operational improvements and strengthen communication with stakeholders. Your capacity to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions will be critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Tier 1 Service Desk and Tier 2 Deskside Support teams
• Develop user-friendly support documentation and resources
• Oversee projects and provide regular status updates
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback and insights
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Degree in IT or related field
• 7+ years of IT operations experience
• 3+ years of leadership in service desk environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bilingualism in English and French a plus
