Join SNI sp. z o.o. in Quebec City as a SAP HANA Program Manager, offering a hybrid work model with flexible on-site engagement. Drive planning, execution, and stakeholder management on ERP projects.
In this full-time position, you'll manage a long-term program expected to last 2-3 years. With over 10 years of SAP experience, your role will focus on program governance and execution excellence within an ERP landscape. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage stakeholders will be essential as you maintain program adherence to corporate strategy and modernization goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to governance structures and processes
• Oversee the delivery phases: design to cutover and hypercare
• Facilitate key workshops and decision-making forums
• Implement risk strategies and organizational change management
• Control budget and manage resources effectively
Requirements:
• 10+ years of solid SAP experience
• Background in large-scale ERP implementations
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Experience with agile methodologies is a plus
• Proficiency in French and English is required
