EXFO is looking for an experienced Director of Dev Ops to oversee the development and operational support of testing solutions for telecom clients. Your role will include defining and executing the Dev Ops strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring continuous improvement. With over ten years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in CI/CD, cloud-native architecture, and team leadership.

• Define and implement the Dev Ops strategy aligned with business goals
• Build a high-performing Dev Ops organization focused on automation
• Promote best practices across development and operational teams
• Establish KPIs to measure software quality and delivery velocity
• Ensure the adoption of Agile and CI/CD methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years in software engineering or Dev Ops
• 5+ years managing technical teams
• Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles and methodologies
• Experience in deploying solutions in production environments
