Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 technical resources in deployment

• Validate deployment architectures against customer standards

• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues

• Collaborate with project managers for quality project delivery

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Telecommunications or related field

• 8-12 years of relevant VoIP experience

• Demonstrated capability in handling complex deployments

• Experience with AVAYA platform integrations

• Strong analytical and communication skills
